Refunds

Everything in Keepsake is free to try, so you can see exactly what you're buying first. Once you've bought, it's yours, and if anything's wrong we'll put it right.

Before you buy

The whole Keepsake Book and Poster are free to make, see and edit, every page of them. Only taking them out, as PDFs to keep, is paid.

Once you've bought

Your Book and Poster are yours straight away, to keep. So a purchase is final once it's made: at checkout you agree to get it at once, which ends the 14-day right to change your mind that EU law gives for online purchases.

If something's wrong

If you were charged twice, your purchase won't unlock, or your Book, Poster or link doesn't come out as it should, write to hello@keepsakemac.com within 14 days of buying. We'll put it right, and if we can't, you'll get your money back. Paddle, our reseller, makes refunds for us (paddle.net).

What a refund does

The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, and what the purchase unlocked in Keepsake locks again the next time Keepsake checks for updates.

Your rights

None of this takes away your rights under the law, for example if Keepsake isn't as it's described.
